10 ways to take care of your health
1. Health checkup regularly: You can schedule your health checkup on your birthday. This way you can maintain your blood pressure, sugar level and cholesterol level.
2. Physical exercise: Walk or jog atleast 15 minutes a day. Increase physical activity 5 minutes every day and do it till you do 30 minutes walk.
3. Drink water
Keep a water bottle with you. This will make you hydrated.
4. Eat healthily
Eat healthy food such as fresh fruits and vegetables for at least 21 days. This will become your habit
5. Control Cholesterol
Eat food which contains low fat with low cholestrol like fish, turkey, fruits and vegetables.
6. Reduce the salt in the food
To manage the lower high blood pressure, cut down the salt in your food.
7. Avoid Smoking
Smoking is dangerous for your health. Quit smoking as soon as possible.
8. Manage your weight
Overweight can increase the chance of heart disease, stroke and diabetes. Do not be anxious about your weight. You can reduce your weight cut down 200-300 calories every week to maintain your weight.
9. Be positive
You may find it difficult to maintain healthy food and exercise habbit. To overcome this hurdle, you can smoke cigarette for a few times or can eat junk foods.
10. Award yourself
Keep track your daily diet, exercise and smoking habits, and award yourself on every accomplishment.
