Nobody come in this life with high or low self-confidence. Confidence is a emotion that people build and work on over time. For many people, confidence is something that comes and goes with time.

Consider it in terms of a cycle: When somebody is at the top of the cycle, they are concentrated on their own successes and achievement, point is they might feel confident and powerful. But when they are below at their cycle, they are focused on their failures and may feel low self-confidence or even defeat.

The point is understanding that confidence is like a muscle — the more you work on it, it will become simple for you to use and maintain.
