Eat healthy food

Healthy food is necessary for your eyesieght. Food like omega-3 fatty acids, lutein, zinc and vitamin C & E is good for your eyesight.

Avoid smoking

Smoking can directly damage your optic nerve which can harm your eyesight. So, quit your smoking habit as soon as possible for your fragile eyes.

You can wear the sunglasses to protect your eyesight from dangerous the ultraviolet rays. However, some lenses also protect the eyes from UV rays but sunglasses cover more layers of your eyesight.

Avoid staring at the computer screen
